| Description | More that 125,000 new homes will be built in Northamptonshire in the next 23 years and we want to ensure that all parts of the county benefit from this major growth. So we have developed our Sustainable Communities Strategy to plan the development of Northamptonshire over the next two decades. This strategy will form the basis of the county''ssecond Local Area Agreement (LAA) – our agreement with central government on how we deliver public services from 2008/11. |
